Explan International Trade, Inc. is a leading distributor of offset printing blankets to the
commercial printing industry in North America. In addition, Explan is a large exporter of
a variety of goods to Central and South America. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
Explan has experienced significant sales growth since its inception in 1989.

Sales in 2006 reached a record high and were evenly divided between
its distribution to the North American printing market and exports to Central and South
America. Totals sales for the first quarter of 2007 increased 15% and are expected to
maintain this trend for 07 and 08.

Explan has reached it current level of success through its strong commitment to customer
service and quality product. In addition, Explan maintains excellent credit with all
of its suppliers.
